OnMenu provides software for restaurants to create, manage, and publish digital menus and QR-based menu experiences.

• Restaurant and branch setup
• Menu publishing and QR code generation
• Analytics, branding, and subscription features
• Support and account management tools

To access protected features, you must create and maintain an account with accurate information.

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us promptly about unauthorized use
• Remain responsible for activity within your account

You agree not to misuse the service or upload unlawful or harmful content.

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or service disruption

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to the selected plan cycle.

• Fees renew automatically unless canceled
• Pricing may change with notice
• Refund handling follows the applicable subscription terms

OnMenu and its software, branding, and platform materials remain our property. You retain ownership of your restaurant content but grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnMenu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Saudi Arabia unless a different jurisdiction is required by law.
